Arco doors (shape T05), or if you want an "arch", are inspired by medieval architecture, when this shape was a guarantee of strength and stability. By choosing this shape of doors and fronts, your furniture will become an interesting and stylish alternative both to renovated historic houses and to new interiors, which are supposed to evoke this atmosphere. Wood drawing / flight direction, vertical is standard for Arco doors, then horizontal for drawer fronts. The drawer front can be made with a cassette / filling, from a minimum height of 245 mm. Drawer fronts with a height of less than 245 mm are supplied without filling and have only transverse / vertical friezes in the width of the door frame, namely 65 mm. If you are interested in a vertical drawing of the filling at the drawer front with a cassette, please state this in a note. The external milling profile is, of course, identical to the door profile. We supply furniture doors as standard without surface treatment, in raw condition. Joints are very stable and durable solid wood boards and can be used as components of many furniture and other products. Rustic edge tops are mainly used for table tops, bar counters, bench seats and other components where the natural edge is a sought-after effect. Rustic edge means the edge of the board, which arises when dividing the trunk into individual layers (planks, boards), this edge is easily cleaned during the production of joints with a rustic edge, free of bark and any defects that occur under the bark during the growth of the tree. We produce high-quality joints from solid wood, which comes exclusively from our forests. The joints are all-wood, glued from continuous lamellas, without longitudinal connection (so-called zinc, endless profile, etc.). We produce joints from basically all our available wood species (spruce, pine, oak, beech, ash, maple, alder, cherry, etc.).

Glued parts are stronger and this technology allows you to make a much larger part with more stable parameters. On the other hand, a non-glued part can be prone to minor deflections or cracks. It has a more natural appearance but does not allow such a wide range of sizes.

Manta door (shape T06), or "envelope", is a shape that looks soft and sleek. Relatively significant roundings contribute to this. The width of the frame is 60 mm, the filling is made of a solid joint with a thickness of 14 mm. Wood drawing / flight direction, vertical for Manta doors is standard, for drawer fronts then horizontal. The drawer front can be manufactured from a minimum height of 245 mm. Drawer fronts with a height of less than 245 mm and doors with a width of less than 245 mm are not recommended for this profile for design and design reasons. They can be used in most interiors and can be modified by the so-called admitted joint, or, for example, by grooving the cassette / filling, in the direction of the drawing of the material.
