The order can be picked up provided that the ordered goods are in stock and you have created an order in our e-shop. In other cases we will inform you.
Orders can be picked up during business hours by telephone agreement. We only have a distribution warehouse, not a stone shop. (more here)

Goods delivered by TOPTRANS transport service
TOPTRANS postage companies weighing up to 5 kg, unless otherwise stated, it is charged in the amount of CZK 115 for the Czech Republic.
TOPTRANS postage companies weighing from 5kg to 31.5kg, unless otherwise stated, it is charged in the amount of 260 CZK for the Czech Republic.
TOPTRANS postal companies weighing from 31.5 kg to 200 kg, unless otherwise stated, it is charged in the amount of CZK 1990 for the Czech Republic.
If the ordering party is not found, they will receive a notification of delivery by telephone or text message. He can pick up the shipment at the said depot or request re-delivery.
ATTENTION! If the package is visibly damaged or if the protective tape is broken, an incomplete or damaged shipment must be immediately notified by e-mail to info@idvirka.cz, write a damage report with the carrier and send it without undue delay by e-mail or Insega post. , s.r.o. An additional claim for incompleteness or external damage to the shipment does not deprive the Buyer of the right to claim the item, but gives Insega, s.r.o. the possibility to prove that this is not a breach of the purchase agreement.
The shipment is delivered by TOPTRANS and therefore the delivery time, which is completely dependent on the company's conditions, cannot be affected.
Please check the shipment before confirming receipt! This will prevent complications in the event of a complaint. We ask for a careful inspection of the packaging, note any reservations in the driver's damage record!
If you notice the damage only after receiving the shipment. Take photos of the entire shipment, including the detail on the label, damage to the goods, storage and any other visible defects.
The customer is informed about the shipment by e-mail, telephone or SMS.
